I have the 'Mr beer' kit I think it's called. I brewed some blueberry beer up. It was pretty strong but almost undrinkable....

I have been wanting to do it for a while but find it's just easier to go to Bev-Mo or the Stone Brewery and buy it already made.

I brew my own beer in the spare room of my flat. I have had mixed results but all drinkable. At the moment I have just bottled an apple cider (1st attempt) which after a taste test tastes a little like champagne but not quite as bubbly. I usually brew around 5% alcohol but the Apple cider is about 8.5% hence the champagne taste.

i am throwing the 4 gallons of the mead together tonight. into the primary, and i will rack half onto the pepper in a week or two and the other half will bulk age for six months before i bottle. hope this works out. last time i did wine, i dont think a bum would have drank it.... it was so nasty, but it was a feeble attempt by an unschooled fool. GOD BLESS the INTERNET
