Why make power half the time with a 4-stroke when you could make it all the time with a 2-stroke?

the stalling is not a issue. just my starts. that is the whole reason for the auto clutch. the override tranny isn't going to help. i can shift at full throttle now. i just can't get a decent start and that is half of the race.

my mentalitly is this ,, if yo u properly set the bike up (porting ,compression, intake ,carb, gearing )to have good lowend response and solid torque you shouldnt really need ot be constantly fiddeling with the clutch ,you should have broad enough of a curve ot stay i nthe meat of the powerband ,my opinion is that for 550$ theres better ways t o spend that money and make more usable power to boot ,i think if your going ot be billy goating around tree stumps at 800 rpms than a 300ex is a better choice lol
