Chucky E 310 Jug

Met a dude the other day that had a 310 cylinder so he said. It was a stock jug with Chucky E national porting engraved on either side of it. a stock head would not fit the studs so it does seem bigger. Piston said 72mm i believe. He wanted $50 for it. Is it for real? Would i be getting Dooped? Would a pro desigh 310 head fit? Thanx for all input guys. It also looked like the ports hads been hogged pretty good.
