Well if I had to pick a dirtbike it would be a YZ125, but since we are talking 250's then I would go with a YZ250 for all around riding..but the thing about the Kawasaki is only what I've heard from people and magazines...

No you're right about the kawis i have an 00' and my uncle has an 05' (the two fastest KX's made) and they def. have balls they are the hardest hitting 250's. they have about equal mid but the 00' rips your arms off down low while the 05' rips up top. the 00' has good top but it doesnt hit like the 05' and the 05' has good bottom but it doesnt hit like the 00'

Its not all bikes its riders... the crs and crfs arent winning the races the riders are. Put those riders on a yz and theyll do even better because a yz is a hell of alot faster than a cr and a yzf 250 or a yzf450 beats the shit out of a crf 250 or 450 hondas 450 isnt even competetive to the yz unless they made some major changes in the last year.

i bet uv a yz!!!!!!lol. no m8 its a fact that the crfs 450s or a better built bike then the yzfs 450s why do u think you see alot more ov the crfs then the yzfs at the mettings eh!!!and ye i do agree it all depends on the rider! one ov the reasons why alot ov pepole big up the yzs its because ov talents like stefan everts, put that dude on any other bike cr kx ktm and he will still kik ass! any way m8 in all truth all moto x bikes kik ass u just need the ballz to pin it!!lol.. and i must agree yzs or the kings ov the two strokes and the crfs or the kings ov the four strokes!! any 1 else agree eh!!! ; )

a crf450 isnt competitive to a yz450f? i usually agree with what you post but thats whack, idk what the hell your talking about, the CRF450 is the best all around bike, you can use it for anything and it does put out close to 50hp stock. where is it not competitive? also all ofthe bikes for 05 are so damn close its up to ergonomics to choose your pleasure cuz there isnt one bike that doesnt have as much power as the others. the CR's are very reliable, and i see alot of people still racing with them so they cant actually be that bad, and then yea the YZ's are real popular, probably the best 250 but i really like the ergnomics of my 7 yr old 125 haha

A year or two ago the yz450 had an outta control feel it felt like it had too much power going to the ground and it would destroy the crf in short drags and its suspension was 2x better but as i say honda has made some improvements on its 4-strokes in the past year and a half.. admit it hondas 250 and 450 in its first year sucked and even yamahas 250f sucked its first year the 426 and 450s werent too bad tho. If i was gonna get any 4-stroke it would be a 426f.
