250r brakes

This is for my brothers 86 trx 250r. It had been sitting a while and now both sides of the front brakes are sticky. So we to them off, clapsed the pistons blead the lines and become sticky again. So sticky that when we ride the front brakes begin to smoke alittle. Its not the pisons there relativly new, and feel fine when i compress them, its like the front brake system builds up pressure. We are going riding on the holiday, so please help soon. Does any one else no what the problem might be?

Check the master cylinder, I had my Shee do that to me about 3 months ago. The button in the res sticks and keeps constant pressure on the brakes.
