Fair price 82 honda 250r???

What would be a fair price for an 82 honda 250r? Decent shape, complete but no spark. Any help please. Other info on these bikes would be helpfull I don't know much about them but have always wanted one.

if it has no spark i assume you havent heard it run. without hearing it run or riding it then you really dont know thats the only problem it has. maybe it also needs a new topend or worse yet a complete bottom end. atleast do a compression check on it before buying it.

The guy told me it had good compression, but his compression tester is what he feels when he's kicking it over. The bike is a few hours away and I wont be able to test it until I get there. I know that their could be other problems but thats what you get when you buy a non running bike. He is asking $600
