Rebuild suggestions?

I found someone who says they will go through my motor for $600 , that includes....new bearings and gaskets throughout, checking everything out, port and polish/headwork, and jet it afterwords. It is a race shop in the next town. Is this reasonable? or is it something i need to shop around for. The reason i took it to him in the first place is that im fairly green on 2 strokes. I have a little vibration and he took off my flywheel cover and said my crank bearings are shot. if anyone could shed some light on the subject that would be great. and is there anything i should focus on or replace while im in there? i have 192lbs compression now. it runs good. but more is always better right? how high can i go and still run pump gas? 600$ is Very Resonable For what your getting there, You pretty much at your max for compression before going to race gas' 19cc dome is small as you can go on pump on a R i belive....200lbs of compression.......
