Default compression gauge

I have a Craftsman compression gauge. Don't laugh. It's consistent, but not accurate - at all! Which snap-on gauge do you guys recommend? They make a motorcycle one ... I basically just want an accurate one with the right thread count/depth.

No, that's not what I mean. I have a Craftsman one that does that already and IT'S not accurate either. I was just wondering if any tech guys in here have a model in mind that they like for the 250R.

I bought mine from autozone for like $22 and it has never failed me. Just a thought.
