If you mill the youi raise your compression in the motor resulting in the need for high octane gas. Boring your cylinder does not increase compression it only increase volume of the motor and does not require any changes to jetting or fuel

I am no expert either, but I think foshezy is right, increasing your compression is what will require different octane fuel. And I think rejetting, or at least checking, is a good idea after any mod.
