thankyou. yea i like it a lot its pretty fast gets me up all the dunes atleast. plus i love the 2 stroke power i choseit over the 450. light and tons of horsepower. i take care of it though too. always wased and everythign is done right. now half assing my baby

I couldnt imagine how fun one of those would be. I road an old RM250 that was probably the fastest thing I've been on since the banshee I was on had bald tires and would spin like crazy. It would rip. I couldnt imagine how something like that would be with the new technology compared the the old 91 RM I road.

well thanks for the compliment. sounds like u have a pretty good start on your R. im thinking about taking mine right down to the frame this winter and powercoating it black figured it would look good with black bumper, fenders, nerfs, and everything else red to match the graphix. idk we will see. all depends on how it runs. i might just wit till i blow it up. i also have a lt 250r project, and a 88 tecate i am building for my budy who is in iraq right now.

its a joy to have all that power underneath you. iv rode banshees and cr125s and jsut about everything. the shee may put out more horses but it weighs more and doesnt handle like a bike does. there just something about flying in the sky on a bike thaat does it for me. quads are fun but to me they dont feel the same as flying on my bike

Yeah Ive only been in the air a few times and wow its something I have to get used to. Ive almost wrecked bad like that to.

2002 cr250r do you use a toothbrush after your done riding. That engine is incredible in the cleaness department. If you have a woman that does that for you...Whered you find her? lol

ha ha. actualy I picked up the bike with a title in imaculant condition for a great price through a friend of a friend. he had a crf 250 he used for track riding a crf 450 for desert riding and the cr 250 he took to the dunes a couple of times. he worked for a shop and he hardly rode it but everythign is in pristene condition and done right. I take great care of it though I love it. i just bought it a couple of weeks ago and sold my cr125 a week before that. so its a fairly new bike but I love it. as for the women part ha ha no I'm only 16. but i do take care of it after every ride i take it in the garage wash it with a wash cloth and soap in every lil spot and it truns out pretty nice. its in great shape and camewith al the nessicities like pipe silencer v force reeds and everything. and its the exact year i wanted i wanted a 02 or newer because tehre pretty much the same as the current 07 models. it hauls and i love it. i plan on keeping it forever. i picked it all up for 2300 $ with title and brand new plastic . thats good for the region I live in. right around here they go for more then 3000 $ a piece and none are in the condition mine is in.

iv never rode a 250r quad. but i really want to. i wnata see what there like. what r they like compared to shees ?

I cant say really. The shee I road was just in a big yard and I only road for like 5 mins. Shee sounds 10x better though. They have the best sounding motor of anything I've heard.
