Flat Track setup

I have an 89 250r with PT pipe, K&N, 38mm Keihn (jetted)...im not sure if any motor work has been done to it.I want to get it bored,polished and ported running on 110 octane.I was wanting to go 60 over with it. What size bore should I go with?What type of port?I want something very aggressive and fast.I have no problem beating the shees and other machines around my area but I still can't seem to go fast enough.
