Default Ever happen to you????
I am in the process of breaking in my 87 trx 250r and when I was riding yesterday it went dead.......as in like a door nail.

First thing I looked at was the spark plug and noticed it was not getting any spark. Is it posssible the cdi or coil could just give out like that?

common problem take off left side cover and clean the contacts. (trythat fisrt)

Old coils are notorious for going bad. The janseen super coil is a nice replacement...made a noticable difference on mine.
