Default Cool Head Dome Q

I am wanting more compression. I am getting ready for new piston and rings. I have a 20cc dome on my cool right now, i was wanting to replace it with a 17cc. Would this be a bad idea? are there things i need to look at before i try it? could it hurt anything? Thanks.

i think standard is 21 if i am not mistaken....

going to a 17 will definetly up the compression... if you do that make sure you get gas to match it or you will be detonating....

higher compression is not always better, make sure to run quality fuel if bumping it up,

I run torquo 110 right now, i just wasnt sure if i had to modify anything or if the plug clearance would be an issue. I didnt know how drastic of a change it is.

i dont know if i would go that extreme.the fuel you run should be ok,but that is a drastic change.i went from a 20 to an 18 on my suzuki and it was a huge difference.
