Default who runs a steering stabilizer?

for any 250r riders here, who runs a steering stabilizer? whats a good one to get and does it give you a noticable improvement? I think I need one bad cause we went on another all day trip at a riding park ( LBL again) and we rode pretty much like it was a gncc race, wfo most the time. and here 2 days later my whole body is still sore as hell. would a steering stabilizer help give a smoother control for fast riding over rough trails, like rocks and roots that jerk the handle bars all over the place. I seen a couple used ones for around 50$ on ebay. I dont want the most expensive best of the best, just something affordable that maybe make a little differance at least.

Stabalizers are definetly a good add. 1 company makes all the rebuilable style stabalizers and other companys just slap their name on it...so any of the rebuildable ones will do. I know a few people that run 2 of them and swear by that set up.
