Here is my build with the plastic just sitting on it. Just needs the top hoses sorted out, then dial in the main jet, then fit the plastic. I will need to spend some time on it to get the gearing right for the sand.

thanks i used an fmf fatty. if i recal so are you, you might have some isues keeping it together. did you rubber mount it? mine broke three times before i added that steel strip around it.

i didnt notice the vibs that much eaiter. the ends of the bars were goin prety good but thats it. my longest ride was about 30 min an my hands were tingling il tell ya that. the speed of this machine more then makes up for the disconfort, and like someone else said, when your flying down the road or trails concentrating on whats infront of you, you wont notice it.

Well I am just started to convert the 500 motor over to the atc 250r frame and was lookin for anyone who could help me with this project... I already switched the axel around so the sprocket is on the right side any help is appreciated.

Hey guys, the part numbers are BR9ECM stock# 3252 and BR8ECM stock# 3035. These are the compact plugs.

Anyone on here looking for a 86 cr500 motor for cheap. There is a guy here in town that is selling one. Not sure if its just the motor or electrical and all that stuff too. Let me know.
