Default ques about case halves

i am in the process of building another 250r i wanted to build it with 330 or 350 jug and i knew you have to have the case havles machined to put this jug on them does anybody know if they sell case halves that are already machined or if someone has a extra set i would buy them or does some one knows who does this machining

You can buy brand new cases from ESR and have them machined larger. Go to www.esr250.com I'm sure that you could get it done at a lot of other place though but thats the first one that comes to my mind. You may even be able to have a local machin shop do it.

for the money esr wants for new cases, you could send your old ones to neil(cleigh) and he could do them for 75$ i think. then you could buy a yukon gear set and get all components cryoed and then have no worries about the bottom end with all the power you would be pushin. just my .02

You can buy a bolt on 330 but it only has 2 bores, best thing to do is to split yours and just have them machined. Its not that big of a deal.
