can i beat a piped 450 and camed 450

I KNOW I CAN BEAT A STOCK 450 BUT I DONT KNOW IF I CAN BEAT A CAMED 450 OR PIPED 450

You'll lose. I have read many posts and they all pretty much say that a stock R motor will not beat a 450. You would atleast need some porting work and a good compliment of bolt ons to even have a chance. Even still you might not have a chance with the stock cylinder.

i'd say they will be pretty close, it would come down to who ever gets the hookup and is a better rider. but just race one and find out.

I don't know man. It will be close whoever wins. I have an 87' 250r and my friend has an 06' honda 450r and we were neck and neck the whole time in a drag. I would inch past him and then he would inch past me. It was like that the whole time racing. Once we got up to about 75 or so, we let go of our throttles. But then again, I've been riding for about 12 years or so now and I've raced prolly 5 years on an amateur mx track. He has only been riding for about 2 years. I don't know man. Give it all you got buddy.

i dont think an unported 250 with equal riders could be capable of that win,but sometimes it just comes down to the rider ability in a short drag
