Dome size

hey guys. I'm going to start running race fuel through my bike and i was wondering what dome size you guys would recommend. I'll be running either 105 or 110 octane. If it helps, the bike has a stock bore and has some porting done to it and has a stock ignition. It's set up mainly for duning.

I usually run Klotz in a 32:1 ratio. Will this work fine? Using higher octane, will it cause the bike to run leaner?

Lastly, is there anything i should look out for? or are there any do's or don'ts that come to mind?

i personally would get a esr cool head, and then ask them to mill it to run race gas

Sorry, if forgot to mention i have a pro design cool head on it so i just want to change the 21cc dome out for an 18 or 19, but i'd like to know if anyone has had better experience with one or the other.
