Default best acceleration pipe for 250r

right now I have a fmf fatty pipe and fmf silencer. I know it's not at all the best pipe out there but its better than stock. I want to get a pipe that is the best for acceleration. Motocross, hunting roads, and fast trail riding is what I do. I want a nice low-mid range pipe. thanks fellas.

im not sure of all the brands and names and stuff, but pretty much any pipe that is labeled as a lowend-midrange pipe will work good. I would sugest maybe looking at the esr trx 6 pipe for lowend and the esr trx5 pipe for all around power.

hey trx.... At one time when I got the quad, it was really really really RICH!!! It had a 168 main and a 58 pilot. The stock jetting for an R is 152-155 main and a 48 pilot jet. Mine is still running a little bit rich but that's fine for right now until I find time to fine tune it again. But the plug fouling is gone in it so far. I was spending 10 bucks a day riding just for spark plugs at one time. It depends on what is one your setup for what kind of jetting would be best for you. You can see my mods and the jetting is holding up so far for it. Get back with me about your problems if you have any cause it sounded like you do. Best luck and I'll try to help you out the best way I can. thanks fellas for all the inputs.

ask member smkmup on here last week he watched on a dyno run an fmf equpied honda 250R go from 34 rear wheel horsepower to low 40's by just swapping the pipe to an eddie sanders TRX5 pipe
