Idles high cold then won't idle hot

I have an 86 R with a 38 mm airstyker carb alot of other shit. When its cold it idles really fast right of the bat and then when its hot it won't idle at all. I have a 168 main with a 50 pilot and 2 turns out on the airscrew. Am i to rich on the pilot?
