| did you ever find a solution? I am in the same boat as you, my foot is so black and blue I wont even be able to start my 250r for a week just put in a new cdi and checked the harness no luck. I even bought thicker work boots but no luck..If anyone has a solution lemme know pls |

| Advance the timing slightly, worked on my zilla wich backicked alot until i advanced it.
