| hi guys, i need some serious help my bike is doing my head in!!! i had engine rebuilt and ported its a 330, ESR head with pump gas dome, V-FORCE 3 reeds, 38mm AIRSTRIKER carb, K&N airfilter no airbox. Im currently running a 50 pilot jet DGH needle on third clip and a 180 main. The bike is a pig to start if i does at all and at full throttle it brakes down, but if you ease it up through the gears i seems not too bad but once in top gear it goes flat. Gone from 175 main to 182 (everywhere in between) and no difference really. I did put a DYNATEK cdi on and a JANSSEN racing coil so not sure if that has anything to do with it. Please help |

| your lean on the bottom (pilot) and way rich on top (main). im currently running like a 58 pilot jet and about a 162 main jet. not sure how much different the elevation is there, im about 800ft above sea level here, but try a 55 pilot and a 168 main and see how that does for starters.
