clutch basket humming

will i this rebuilt the r and when i pull the clutch in the clutchs like change a little tone like a humming sound then when u let go of the clutch it stops

it has brand new oil

could it be that the clutch is not adjusted right becouse i did take the clutch cable off when i had the top end off

i never really paid attention to engines sounds in the past so maybe its this a regular thing and its no even loud or noticable really

mine changes a sound when you pull in the clutch compared to when the clutch wasnt pulled in
