Durablue Axle Problems?

I just bought a Durablue 2+2 axle and sprocket hub and a new Lonestar axle carrier. Anyway, I got ready to put the clip in to hold the hub in place and decided to throw it in the carrier first to check the fit out.
The hub does not make a very good seal and it appears as if it is going to rub the adjusting area on the carrier. Anyone have any advice or pictures of their setup? I don't understand this problem.......

I don't know if I fully understand your post. Do you have any pictures of the problem you're experiencing?

Okay, so the axle end splines count 25 which is what I am told is a 250R. The axle is a Durablue Eliminator 2+2. The inner splines for the drive hub counts 24 splines. The overall length is 39 3/4 inches. Everything adds up that this IS a 250R axle however the sprocket hub doesn't seal correctly and it rubs on the carrier. I don't understand......the carrier is brand new Lonestar so I don't think it is the problem....
The hub fits perfect into the brake side of the carrier.......I don't know if I am just having a brain malfunction here or what.....haha The hub does not fit onto the brake spline side though.....

once you put the break hub on it should equal it out.

Here is a pic of my rear end. I'm using a LSR +2/+4 axle with a RAD tapered bearing carrier. I left the pic large so that way you could see everything better.



Everything sounds like it should work just fine. As you can see from my setup there isn't very much clearance between the sprocket hub and the carrier. Once you get everything in there and tightened up with the axle lock nut, it should be ok.

haha, yeah....now i'm just trying to piece it together. I got caught off guard when I picked it up and could only take the bare frame because it was all that would fit in the back of my g/f's car hahaha! Supposed to pick up the motor and what not on the 19th...
Haven't had any issues except for this and the fact that the Laeger a-arms I got off ebay were not laeger, they look like shit and basically nothing the guy was supposed to include was shipped to me.....now I have to deal with ebay's long process of getting my money back....

So if for example, you had just the sprocket hub in your hand would it make a snug fit into the carrier? Because mine does not. It seems like the carrier just swallows the hub.....I would assume it is supposed to......Although like previously stated, I don't have the brake side of the axle assembly so that may make it even out...

i belive it should im not 100% sure though. never fucked with a trx.
