Exclamation 250R High Speed Miss

I got an 86 250R with a ESR330 kit with 9 porting, LRD pipe, 38 Airstriker, Cr Boysen reed cage. Jansen Super Coil, K&N no air box lid, Stock Stator and CDI, and I run race gas. The problem is a
high speed miss or when the throttle is wicked wide open. It just does it between
3/4 to full throttle . More towards full throtle. I have changed the CDI and put on a Dynatek non programable and the problem is worse. Sent it back to Dynatek and told them the problem and got another one. It did the same thing. I put the stock CDI back on and it does better but still has the miss. I changed stator and flywheel with no change. I have messed with the jetting. My elevation is about 1600 ft. I started out with a 200 main 45 pilot and a DGH needle on the 2nd clip from the top. Two turns out on the air screw. The idle and midrange are good so I didnt mess with it anymore. I went down to a 185 main and it still does it. Kinda leery about going to small on the main. I don't like holen pistons. Been there and done that. But I wonder if I am still to rich on the main. Before I got the 330 kit I had a 310 on it and it ran fine and would wined out good. I am not new to 250r's. I rebuilt mine from the ground and several friend R's to. I keep mine in excellent shape. So its not a rag bike. But this problem has me puzzled. I don't want to put on a CR ignition because we run in the mountains an lights are a must.
I was told a Nology coil and Hotwire may make a diffrence. The carb is not dirty, the cylinder has about 20hrs on it. I use new plugs. The miss is not bad just enough to not let it wine on top end. I guess that about it. Any help would be great.
Thanks

You changed all the electronics except the cheapest one, coil and cap. Look there.

I did a leak down test when I put it together. Held 8psi for 30 minutes.
As for the the coil and cap, I put a Jansen super coil on it. Coil , plug wire and cap
are all included. Thats why I was wondering about a Nology coil and Hotwire setup.
When I put the CR cage in the reeds were in good shape. Unless they have
crapped out since then.
Thanks

Reeds normally show up on idle and all over not just a topend issue. It's normally obvious when its an electrical issue, you just can develop a feel for it. I know you said it had a whatever super coil but honestly that means nothing, check all the electrical components.

did you change to a new coil before or after the high rpm miss.
Throw the stock back on just to make sure if it was done before the problem showed up.
To lean will also have a miss also at high rpms, check the plug color after a wide open run and start with a new plug.
