Jetting suggestions for a TRX 310R

I am looking for a baseline for jetting and suggestions for needle jet for a 38mm PJ Keihin on a 310 pro-cross TRX with a straight pipe and K&N filter.
Any suggestions would be great. Also where is the best place to buy needle jets?
