Spark Plug, What Do You Guys Think?

Here are a couple of pics of the plug out of my r. 165 main, 55 pilot, needle 2nd clip from the top. I think it could use a little more jetting, but I want some opinions. Thanks.

assuming yo udid the plug hcop the correct way o na new plug i think your pretty close ,but you may want to bump the main up to a 168 and see the wetaher is going to be getting warmer here soon and wil l likely richen things up too .does it rev clean off idle to the top does it hesatate or blubbery anywhere in rpms ?

Yeah new plug, topped out in sixth for a 1/8th mile, and cut right off. It revs great and pulls hard with no hesitation anywhere. I may be doing some flattrack racing this weekend so I want it to be right. I may bump up the main jet to a 168 and see how it responds.
