| Wow, I think it'll be a sharp-looking R. I kind of like the original one with that black frame, though. I personally love the red plastic, exactly what you have. It looks a lot better than my still-factory-painted-and-faded '88 TRX that I'm working on right now. I don't think you could really build a bad-looking R, unless you had some of that purple plastic that I've seen a few times. The guys that ride the rare purple TRX's must either feel very secure in their manhood or just be joy-riding on their wife's quad. |

| Thanks for all the replies! I'm sure it'll look better when it's all put together. It's just that the whole color combo isn't what I would have picked out if I were coating it myself, but I guess I'll just have to embrace what I've got. The frame is an LSR link/no-link pro-peg frame with an LSR DC-2 no-link swingarm. I'll be running chrome LSR DC-4 long travel a-arms with Custom Axis 19.25" long travel shocks. Now I just need to find a Custom Axis 17.5" no-link rear shock to complete the package. I really, really don't want to have to buy a new one, so if anyone has any idea where I could locate one it would be greatly appreciated! I'm also looking for a set of AC pro-peg nerfs that fit aftermarket frames if anyone knows where I could find some of those too.
