| Well with the 450r front shocks on the front and the +2 a arms, I don't know if it will be low enough. I finished third and two 450's were first and second. The yamaha yfz won, honda 450r was second and they were both about three inches off the ground. I know the guy with the honda and he has close to 15 grand in it...he is runing a big bore/stroker combo. I found out later the yamaha was running on alcohol, I thought it smelled funny but didn't think much of it. I have the power in the straightaways...I am right there with them, but they just out handled me in the corners. I am getting it as low and wide as possible and changing a few things with the engine to help control wheel spin and get it hooking up better.

| lightend flywheel and nology coil you will hit powerband sooner out of corners and have alot better throttle response add in some 12 inch front shocks and you would see a big improvment

| Are you on a tt style track or oval? For ovals you can run a wider offset wheel on your outside wheels, and normal on the inside. Ive seen a flattrack zilla with a -3 swingarm to get out of the corners faster. Ive also heard a front sway bar is a must with flat track. I also know a guy running works front shocks off of a yamaha warrior on his lt250r to make it lower |
