Default 250R front brake problems(HELLLLLP!)

i dont know much about working on brakes so im looking for help. Lately the right front brake on my 1989 250R has been locking up and not releasing. Ive changed the fluid and bled the system but it still hasent helped. in order to get it to lossen up i have to hit the caliper with a rubber hammer and then its a little looseer the wheel still cant spin free but it can move. But when i squeeze the brake again and locks up. The brake dosent get stuck to the point where i cant ride i jst cant push the quad around cause the wheel wont move. Any help would be greatly apreciated. i dont know if it well help but the only thing that written on the brake is "NISIN" and "INDICATOR"i bought the quad used so im not sure of all the parts on it.

Yea, definitely pull the entire caliper apart and clean up any rust and/or corrosion that might have build up. Grease the pins, etc and put 'er back together.
