| 38 Air Stryker is Probably the best carb...should be plenty for a 310. This is not from experience rather just trolling the net getting info for myself but I hear the ESR valves are the best for top end vforce for the low mid range. My understanding also is the 330 is harder on tranny's loads more power but more reliability issues.

Soon to be added mods (when cash flow permits): Air Stryker carb cr250 V-Force 2's (if the guy I found still has them in stock when I get the cash) |

| well personaly the 310/330 thing is all on your riding situation. I would say get V-force reeds (I personaly like the 2's but 3's work good) and dont have ESR port it, I'd have Denny from FloTek do the port work. The 38 or 39 Keihin PWK/airstryker works best for just about any motor from 250-330

| If you're wanting to get in the 50hp range a properly setup 310 will do the trick. The biggest problem when switching to the 330 and up cylinders is that you have to machine your cases to accept the larger sleeve. This means splitting your cases, etc., whereas with the 310 you'll be able to bolt on and go. And I highly do not recommend getting one of ESR's bolt 330's, because with those you do not get as many overbores, which means re-sleeving would come sooner than desired. It really depends on your riding syle/situation, as far as porting and other bolt on mods goes. If you're sold on ESR I'd say that the TRX9 porting is your best option. If you want more top end power I'd get a 39 PWK (potentially bored to 40.5), VForce 3's, and adjust your LRD pipe to it's top end setting (I'm not familiar with LRD's adjustable pipes, so I have no idea how to do this). If you're looking for more all around type power, I'd run a 38 A/S PWK, Boyesen RAD Valve, and adjust your pipe accordingly. The 310 should get you into the 50-55ish HP range and the 330 should get you into the 55-60ish HP range. These numbers aren't set in stone and can be dramatically different with each setup. Just trying to give you an idea.

| a 310 with a lrd and a tmx will make great torque, but i would still go with different porting than ESRs, and are you getting a pv or non pv |
