| I personally run 0.018 on my R with the mods listed in my sig and using a BR8ES plug.

| If the compression has been significantly raised (example: need to run race gas), you should gap your plug down to about 0.020 with a stock ignition. They aren't very strong. With an aftermarket ignition you could get away with around 0.028 or so. These gaps are assuming your compression has been bumped up.

| its a stock cylinder and head im running 170 pounds of compression which is stock i run 91 octane thats it and those gaps are extreme that little metal arm is going to look all wierd bent down and would it lose strength with that gap IM NOT RUNNING A TRX INGITION IM RUNNING A ATC INGINTAION AND COIL AND STATOR
