Default V-force Reeds Need Help

well heres a pic of whats cut out on my v-force 2 reeds. do you think this will hurt performance or help? Its the spacer that seperates the 2 inside reeds from hitting eachother. will this ruin my reed petals? dont know how to explane it more...

they used to look like the original v-force 2 reeds (left pic) and now they look like the v-force 3 reeds (right pic)

That is just a reed stop. I would say that you should be fine- the vf3's don't have them and I have never ran stops on factory cages with aftermarket reeds.

I'm not sure about that- they may not even open that far to begin with. They left them off of the 3's for some reason.
