| you need bigger jets and you need to open up the slide needle.... couldnt hurt to go up a on the pilot also... usually the more performance parts u add... the bigger on jets you need to go... What carb do you have on there right now and what jets are in it right now?

| Yes carb size would help lots. On a 250R I like a small pilot, like a 45. I find that they like to be lean on the needle also. About a 175 on the main would be a good place to start If your running a 38mm. Is the cylinder ported or not. Last edited by Jason Hall; 05-29-2008 at 04:48 PM. |

| I will keep an update of the current jets and carb size hopefully tonight. I have to go look at cars with the g/f..... .. . .. . . Flotek, how are you at jetting? I really can't ride here anyway and I will be going up to Conneaut Lake in a few weeks.

| Which pt pipe? Eliminator or high rev Id start at 52 or 50 pilot and 165-168 if your on pump gas, 168-170 if its over 190psi and on race gas. Should be a close safe starting point.
