Hondapower is an unknown quantity at this point
Default 250r wont start.

So I got my oil mixture good and it was burning nice and brown on my plug. But when I opened it up in a field for a little bit It started cutting out. not rally bogging but like there was no throtle. After a while it just died out. I took out the plug and it was dry and brown. I bought a new plug and it still wont start. What could it be?

almost sound electrical... are you getting spark? was it warmed up? does the kickstart feel about the same as it did before the problem?

Sounds alot like what was going on with mine.
Mine would run when it wanted to, cut out, die, run fine, then die some more.
CDI was bad. Might give it a try.

Well a dry plug usually means no fuel to burn hence no run.
