| mine does that too...... i dont know what it is... i dont think its anything to worry about... mine only does it when its ideling... i know keith andersons honda 250r does that too and its built to the sky....

| Mine did it, and It always freaked me out, too. You could always pull the head off and see if anything looks out of wack right off the bat inside there without having to take the whole top end apart.

| I guess it's normal on these r's cause mine does it too and the topend is fresh. I wouldn't worry about...just ride the hell out of it!

| Man, thats a BIG relief. Thanks for everyone's input and comments. I think......I know I got a good deal. It has a Lonestar frame, Leager a-arms, Lonestar swingarm, Nac's steering stabilizer, a few billet items, race plastics, nerf bars, and I think the engine is mainly stock. I just put a brand new FMF SST pipe on it and I love it!!! It has a long rod....I think...b/c of the spacer plate, and it runs like a scalded dog!!!! And best of all I only paid $1,700 for it. Also, one more question. I'm mixing my oil about 4oz to the gallon, I'm using Klotz. Is that a good mix ratio??? Would that be about 32:1?? I'll post pics this week......thanks again!!

| Sounds like a damm nice bike. Can't wait for the pics. As for mix, you will find all kinds of answers. I run 16oz to 5gal or 40:1. I've been running that for the last 8 years.
