| sounds to me that ur shift star is out of the wrong postion or ur shifter shaft is not all the way in

I hope thats what it is. I really dont see how it could be anything inside the cases itself. I am 100% positive I put everything together the way it came out as far as the tranny was conserned. My center shift fork was a little worn but it was still within spec, barely. I really cant see how that would cause this problem anyways since it seems like the forks just arent being held in thier position when I let off the shifter. Thanks for all the help guys. Yesterday started out being a bad day. When I found out I had a problem I was ready to start chucking tools about the garage. Then I found out I got a raise at work. Karma finds ways of keeping good people sane and giving assholes what they deserve. lol. I just cant find out what catagory I fall in!!! lol

| i hear ya man is it under WOT cause my rm250 does that when im racing it it will jump in to neutral

| If the problem was inside the cases you wouldn't be able to shift through the gears or get stuck in one and not be able to shift at all. But if you drain the oil and it's full of metal shavings or chunks then I would say it's internal. But it sounds like the shift star or a spring is out of whack.
