Nothing is rubbing. Im sure the gears are in there correctly, I double and tripple checked. I tested it when I first put the cases together. Everything turned smoothly. Everything turns smoothly now, it just doesnt go into gear all the way without really lifting up on the shifter, and then its hard to get it back to first. As long as its in gear I can go WOT till I need to shift again

| Then it has to do with your shift star and those parts or the clutch needs to be adjusted. A mal-adjusted clutch will also give shitty shifting.

| Don't worry. Last weekend I was putting the finishing touches for round one of my project 250R when I was putting on the exhaust, a friend noticed the rear motor mount had cracked. Shot all my plans down the crapper and I finally got it welded and back together tonight. Unfortunately, I still haven't got to ride it...

I have to get the shifter all the way up then the 'click' is way at the top. If I dont get it all the way up, it goes into nuetral in from any gear. It looks like I may get home this weekend to tinker with it. We'll see
