 Found it guys, the screw on the arm that has a roller that sets in the shift star has a collar that helps guide the spring, well I must have been in a hurry and didnt see the collar wasnt in the slot for it. had it tightened down on the collar leaving a gap. the roller wasnt back far enough on the star lol. All fixed, thanks guys
