race gas with 310

what are the pros and cons with running race gas over pump gas isnt the extra compression hard on the motor how much does it help its performance to run race gas just trying to make a decision to get my new 310 race gas or pump and opinions needed

Your compression will dictate what octane to run.
I have been running 110 in my 330 for 7 years now. No problems. Just refreshed the top end last year. It looked good inside.

also most race gas is leaded much better luberaction for the top end makes rings and pistons last longer unlike pump gas unleaded race fuel is more consitsant too jetting is often set once ytou get it on for the race gas of your choice
