| Why do you want a 265? You'll have an easier time finding a 310. If you get the p/v get a ct or lrd prox jug. The rotax powervalves work better than the esr

| The 310 is very reliable. Has 4 overbores and requires no case machining.

| dont want to trash my tranny.... i already have 50 going to the rear... why do i need much more.... anyway do you know of a good 265 pv???

| i was going to do a big bore like a 330 and 310 but thats this to much stress on the tranny and dogs and shift shaft i have a buddy that has a 265 built 250r and it gets it he passes piped honda 450rs and keeps up my dads piped yfz450 |

| 3 things Your tranny is 20+ yrs old. If you have a tranny problem with a 310, chances are you would have had the same problems with the 265 cylinder. If you have a stock cylinder putting 50 to the wheels with a rideable powerband, you dont need an aftermarket cylinder If you read my first post, I already told you what the best pv cylinders are. Go to trx250r.net and talk to Niel. He is a ct and esr cylinder dealer, he can get you an unported cylinder from ct and do a great port job on it for you. Not the cheapest route, but probably the best. Take my advise or not, I have been researching these thing damn things forever.

and the top end will probabley be a 265 built with a dune port or trail port not to sure then have some stuff powdercoated like the a arms and swingarm throw some handlebars on it and a little bling and it will be a good play bike to run on and with a 265 it should be a all round bike not to extreme |
