| well i would think you would be fine with a good condition stock tranny... but if you go big bore then you might want to think long and hard about it

| i wouldnt worry about it i have owned a stroked ported 250R and never had shift problems whatsoever ,seems ,the hondas and suzuki 250's always shift smooth even modded out ..now the banshee is another story

| na you should be fine heck I know a guy thats runing a 380 and my bro has a mean 330 on a stock r tranny and they have no problems at all. now if it were a banshee Id say your gonna need a overide.

| I wouldnt even worry about an aftermarket or beefed up tranny. sounds like your aiming at close to the setup of my 250r. I have no problems at all with the tranny. as long as all the parts are in good shape then you should have nothing to worry about.

| Your not going to have tranny problems untill 2nd gear shatters lol. It may happen, it might not. Yukon gears are overrated, they are too hard and will shatter to. Best is probably new oem gears.
