Thanks for the advice- I will get some ice and a guage as well as retard my ignition a bit and go from there. Thanks!

I would run a br8es,the br9es is a hotter plug,so the b8 would cool things down some

atcsteve, are you running a race dome or pump gas on your atc? Mine is still heating like a big dog with a race dome and I've tried everything I can think of- I may just have to detune it some- gets to 230* in 10 min with straight water. I have some liquid performance- like engine ice but the only one sold in my area. I'm gonna try it but I don't think it's gonna help that much. I may try my stock ignition too.

| b9es series is a actually a cooler plug... the 7 is hotter than a 8 series only really means it has less insulating properties not that it sparks hotter or stronger or anything liek that ,get engine ice run good oil at the correct ratio jet the bike propely and it hsould never over heat.. theres a problem i would say

so you think the cr ignition is what makes it over heat

FLOTEK- I'm running a br9es- and running honda hp2 oil 32:1. As far as my jetting- I think I'm pretty rich- 185, 50 dgh on 4th clip from top- retarded my timing- tried a new radiator cap- everything. I haven't tried the engine ice yet but I don't think it's gonna drop the temp that much- you know of anything else I can try? I talked to ronnie at RSRacecraft- he works with allot of these cylinders- he was telling me that most of the 3-wheelers he has built had to get aftermarket radiators and then they were fine- I just don't wanna shell out another $500 if there is something I can do. catch me if you can- no, the cr ignition shouldn't make it heat unless something is wrong somewhere and since I put it on the same time I put the top end on- it very well could have a problem in 1 of the components that is making it heat so I'm gonna try the stock 1 just as part of the trouble shooting.
