50 - 52 pilot, 200 main. Work your way down from there. Ok the overheating problems. Do you have factory lines on your machine or did you replace anything with a hose from autozone or anything like that. The factory hoses are preformed, any other hose will constrict at the bends and drasticly reduce flow. These things dont push out pressure like a car. Do not mix anything with engine ice. Doing so totaly depletes the effectiveness. Engine ice is made with deionized water, which means it has no impurities, its boil over temp and cooling properties are directly related to this. IT WORKS GREAT. Dont underestimate engine ice. Timing, I believe the cr ignition is actually -2 degrees from a factory ignition out the gate, so I doubt thats the case.

Someone said they did a plug chop but put the same plug back in, no, you just looked at the plug. You actually cut the plug to look closely. Unless your eyes can bend light around corners, looking at the plug isnt gonna get ya close. Jetting is a fine science, not a guessing game. Take a good pic of a fresh plug after a chop, all the plug, the ground strap, the electrode......with good detailed pics its not hard to pick these things out and correct them
