| How do you have a pilot without the motor? IMO - it's a waste of time and energy. By the time you get it to work, you'll have as much money into it as if you just bought a different motor. There are too many differences between the pilot and 250R to make it work. It might be possible to get a pilot motor in a quad, but unlikely to put a quad motor in a pilot. The pilot motor is 400cc has electric start, reverse, belt driven and throttle only, no gears. 250R motor is 250cc, kick start, no reverse, chain driven and has six gears. How are you going to back the thing up? Get out and pull it? How are you going to shift gears? If snowmobile motors have reverse that is the way to go. |
