| you need the 0.190 size plate. the other one I think is for stroker motor setups. I have the .190 and it is the size that you need for your setup

| The head bolts i would say about 22-25lbs, the base bolts i just tighten them bright red(push till my face turns red) haha kidding im not sure |

| i put 35 ft/ibs on cylinder bolts then head i have 20 ft/ibs and flywheel with loctite with 50 ft/ibs should all this be good
