Default Spacer plate size please help

im almost done with my motor but i have the 88 crank and 86 piston setup

im going to order the spacer plate setup from ESR

but i dont know the spacer plate size

they have a 0.190 thickness and a 0.250 what one should i buy.THANKS

you need the 0.190 size plate. the other one I think is for stroker motor setups. I have the .190 and it is the size that you need for your setup

and how about head gasket wiht the squish clearence

The head bolts i would say about 22-25lbs, the base bolts i just tighten them bright red(push till my face turns red) haha kidding im not sure

and flywheel with loctite with 50 ft/ibs

No no.. Head aluminum is not that thick. The Honda recommended spec is 17-21. I usually do 18.

base nuts: 27-35
flywheel: 47-54 (NOT 100-600 via whatever variety of impact gun. Bad idea.)
