No more parts.....

Well maybe not that bad but it's not looking good.

I have a 330 88 and have been killing my buddys 4chookers. One got an R last year and two of them have sold there fart sound machines and bought 250R's just a few months ago. One has been doing a few mods and has been having a hard time finding simple things. I wanted to step up too some IMS pegs with kickups. It took me a few days to find them. There have been other things. But my point and or question is....
I feel bad that they bought R's and now are not finding what they need.
Have you had a hard time finding what you want?
Are we on the downward slide with the best quad ever made?

WHat cant you find? I have not had any problems so far finding parts for my R...

It's more of an over all view. If you look at the magazines, there is not the adds like there was.
I know that there are a lot of new quads out. I think that great.

One thing was the IMS pegs. I had the place I get most of my parts get'em. She called me back and said after checking PU and TR she ended up calling IMS. The said the pegs are discontinued.

So far engine parts have not been a problem. But how much will that suck if they are not out there anymore?

That would blow but the market is still fairly big. You def dont see the adds in mags anymore but online you can find just about anyhting. Sucks about the pegs though nothing you can do about that i guess less you can hunt a set down on ebay..

i just had a hell of a time finding pro peg nerf bars for mine but there is plenty of parts for the 4 strokes.

I thinking if it comes down to it a 450R frame would look good with a oil burner in it.

Yes, a few things are becoming scarse...but for the most part you can still get what you need new. A friend of mine has a brand new set of IMS pegs (non kick up) that he is selling, he wants 100.00...LMK if interested.
