Well i just got done taking the topend apart. I should be starting the porting soon (when my brother has time, because he has to tell me what to do and watch me and stuff). The reeds and some gaskets should be at the dirtbike shop around friday-saturday. Im gonna be taking pics throughout the work, so ill post them in the photo gallery when im done.

i second that!! and aren't those boost ports (or waht you call auxilary intake ports) in the wrong spot??? though tey wer suppsoed to be in teh corner of the intake. not on teh bottom

The who ever did that had some what of an idea what they needed...Just an idea though...Boost ports aren't doing much, Intace bridge is well I'll leave that one alone, Roof angle is all wrong I could go on and on but I won't.. I will give some one credit for trying to do it their self thats how you learn.....

Its all in the timing, Direction , volume and velocity, once you figure out how all four of those can and can't work together then your on your way to understanding porting....and port designs...
