reed cage

I've heard of allot of people using a stock 98 cr250 reed cage with cf reeds in a 250r- sparks racing actually sells them for $129 for the 250r. Which would be better for woods/ mx? cr cage, v-force cage or a v-force cage for a cr? and which is better v-force 2 or 3?

i had the cr reeds you can get them through honda pretty cheap, but i have more to cr 250 v force 3 they dont make em for the trx noticed a throttle response differance
