cylinder swap on a cr125

i was wondering if anyone was savvy in the art of cylinder swaps on a 93 cr125.
what i am trying to do is get a 00 cr cylinder and piston on a 93 bottom end. it that wont work for some specific reason what cylinders are canidates for the swap. if you know a website or anything that would help plz say something . thanks for your time

92-2003 But you have to watch there is a NO WINDOW version also in those years look at the piston on the Intake side are there windows cut in the Side of the piston or not...They both are 54x54.5 bore and stroke its just the jug and Piston are differant....

my piston does have a window in the piston skirt if that is what you are saying. does the newer cylinder have or not have a window . is it just for lubrication to the bottom end or what? what does this window do.
